My reward certificate was only for $50 but I should have received more, where's the rest?
The current maximum Reward Level is 1,000 Points (1,000 Points = $50 Reward Certificate) per billing cycle. You'll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.
Will I still receive a Birthday offer?
Offer will be received during your birthday month. Must have valid email address and U.S. mailing address. Accounts that opened in your birthday month or in the previous month will receive the offer for the birthday benefit during your birthday month the following calendar year. Account must not be in default.

View/Pay Your Woman Within® Credit Card Bill Online
If you have a Woman Within® Credit Card or any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands ™ Credit Cards, you now have access to view your information online by going to the appropriate website operated by Comenity Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by FULLBEAUTY Brands, it will require a separate login) You can pay your bill online, check your account status, update your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account, request a card upgrade and request a credit limit increase. It's all so easy!
