What a joke. Every time I’ve come here to get my haircut, they’ve changed their hours (today is Thursday 1:48pm for those looking at the picture). It seems like nobody that’s employed here wants to work. It’s a good thing there’s another barber on Columbia Blvd to cut my hair.

Horrible experience. Will never go back. Have been trying all day to check in online and it says online appointments full so take a chance and go in. 2 stylists are there, one cutting hair and one sitting in chair reading magazine. One other customer in waiting area. She said it was full today and we could check tomorrow. I said no thanks and went to the parking lot, sat there for at least 10 minutes and no one came out or went in. Maybe if they got paid per hair cut and not by the hour they might be a little bit more motivated. Yes, I am assuming they get paid by the hour…..

We took our almost 2yr old son in tonight to get a big boy hair cut. He was kicky, squirmy, and all around difficult.. Crystal was calm, and a pro the whole time. She was able to give him an amazing hair cut. I will definitely be back and recommend her to out friends. Wonderful experience. Thank you so much Crystal!

Took my son there today for a haircut. I had checked in online and then rechecked in to add another client. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman who asked me if I had checked in. I said yes and saw my sons name and also saw it again so I wanted to make it clear to her that I has accidentally checked in twice and it would just be my sons haircut0f He is 10. Her name is Crystal. She was so incredibly rude to me and so condescending that I couldn’t believe it. Neither could any of the waiting customers. She never asked me how I wanted my sons haircut which wasnt a big deal but when I asked at the end of this miserable experience if I could use a coupon that they emailed me she responded with “maybe”. I know everyone has bad days but I’m overly nice to everyone and that was so uncalled for and unprofessional and unpleasant. If you are going to go there, avoid CRYSTAL. Shes rude and I have no idea why but do not ask for this hairdresser. Shes obnoxious.

The Ladies working the place are very pleasant and effective. My son doesn’t usually enjoy getting his hair cut. But the Ladies were nice and sweet and fast. And turned a his frown upside down.Thank You Great Clips

The girls at Great Clips are always very professional and polite. The conversations range from A to Z but are always in good manner. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and see no reason to change in the future. They are very consistent with a great hair cut every time! I walk in looking white trash magical and walk out looking like a million bucks! Well at least my hair does!!! Teehee.

checked in online said 44 min wait, showed up to a sign on window saying “computer down cash only” only to walk in and no one is getting hair cuts or anyone waiting so the lady walks out from the back and said oh we aren’t doing haircuts. really?!
