@Ask_Spectrum and now it is acceptable to charge me a month for 2 days of services that were unreliable and caused me to use vacation time to make up for time I missed from work so technicians could come to the house? This is just a slap in the face on top of the poor service.

@Ask_Spectrum I have an appointment tomorrow that was the earliest I could schedule, but the internet and cable keep dropping out. I pay you guys $265+ a month. I depend on your service to do my job. This is getting out of hand. Constantly rebooting my modem is not fun right now!

The user interface for On Demand viewing @Ask_Spectrum is awful. 14 clicks to get to the show you’re looking for, It doesn’t resume the show you were watching an hour ago and Friday episodes of nightly @MSNBC shows are still not available. It used to be so much easier.

So @GetSpectrum doesn't have weekend managers. @Ask_Spectrum can do their best but there's no one behind the scenes on weekends. Not looking forward to another 72 hour hold while they spin their wheels and don't help me 🙃

Stupid storm came in on Thursday, knocked out my internet and @Ask_Spectrum has yet to fix it. Even though I keep getting automated calls saying the issue is resolved.

.@getspectrum says @verizon engineers are the hold up, that Spectrum has no engineers of their own and no one can solve problems on the weekend for them. Does @VerizonSupport have engineers working on the weekend?
